\nit is always the season of the wheat stalks:
\nstalks of grain,
\nstalks in the sun,

\nthey dry them out in the sun,
\nthen they blend them with petals of violets,

\nblood of toad,
\nheart of fawn,
\ntongue of cat,
\nwings of bat,
\ntooth of dragon
\nand finally water from the lake.
\nThey grind all thoroughly with their press,
\nand now the potion is ready,
\nready for us!
