I like to move. There’s such a feeling
\nOf hurrying and scurrying,
\nAnd such a feeling
\nOf men with trunks and packing cases,
\nOf kitchen clocks and mother’s laces,
\nDusters, dishes, books, and vases,
\nToys and pans and candles.<\/p>\n

I always find things I’d forgotten,
\nAn old brown Teddy stuffed with cotton,
\nSome croquet mallets without handles,
\nA marble and my worn out sandals,
\nA half an engine and a hat…
\nAnd I like that.<\/p>\n

I like to watch the big vans backing,
\nAnd the lumbering
\nand the cumbering,
\nAnd the hammering and the tacking.
\nI even like the packing!<\/p>\n

And that will prove
