Let’s play a game,
like that, just for fun,
just for a simple and pure amusement.
If you ask me when or where
I will tell you that at nine o’clock
we’ll play or whether it will rain.
If you ask me for how long
I will just answer
you that this beautiful game of ours
it may be short or long.
And as if by magic,
playing and playing again and again
there will be a merry-go-round
for all happy children in the world.
